    • $210.00 per hour Sundays & Holidays
    • Minimum service charge is $420.00

    TRAVEL & LIVING EXPENSES



    • Travel Time: $55.00 per hour
    • Hotel, Airfare, Rental Car: Actual Expense
    • Mileage: $0.58 per mile
    • Meals: $55.00 per day
